This Privacy Policy explains how ACLN — the trade name of TDT Ventures S.A.S. (“ACLN”, “we”, “us”), a technology consultancy based in Uruguay — collects, uses, and protects the personal information you share with us through our website (acln.it), our contact and job-application forms, and our pages and lead forms on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

1. Who is responsible for your data

TDT Ventures S.A.S. (ACLN), Uruguay, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy-related request, you can reach us at hello@acln.it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us through our contact form: your name, email address, company, and the message you send.
Job-application information when you apply through our “Work with us” form: your name, email, phone, role/area of interest, message, and the CV (PDF) you upload.
Information from Meta/Facebook: if you contact us or submit a lead form through our Facebook or Instagram page, Meta shares with us the details you chose to provide (such as name, email, and phone).
Technical data collected automatically when you browse the site, such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and to understand aggregate usage.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not include it in your messages or CV.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries and follow up on a possible business relationship.
To review and manage job applications.
To send you a confirmation that we received your message or application.
To operate, secure, and improve our website.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (which you give by submitting a form), on our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business and recruitment inquiries, and, where applicable, to take steps before entering into a contract and to comply with the law.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

Resend — to deliver the email notifications and confirmations generated by our forms.
Our hosting provider — to serve the website.
Meta Platforms — when you interact with us through Facebook or Instagram, governed also by Meta’s own privacy policy.
Authorities — when required to comply with a legal obligation.

6. Cookies

Our site uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for it to function (for example, to remember your country/language preference). We do not use them to build advertising profiles of you on our own site.

7. Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — to handle your inquiry or application and to meet legal requirements — after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@acln.it. To remove data associated with your Facebook/Instagram interactions, you can also manage your information from your Meta account settings.

9. Children

Our services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
