Before you book
Does it work with FBA, FBM or both?
Both. FBA orders are imported for accounting and reporting; FBM orders also go through Odoo picking, packing and shipping, with tracking sent back to Amazon.
Can it handle several marketplaces?
Yes. Amazon.com, .ca and .com.mx, and the European marketplaces if you sell there, each mapped to its own company, currency or warehouse in Odoo.
Will my Amazon margin finally be visible?
That is the main reason people do this. Fees, ads, returns and reimbursements land in accounting against the right orders, so margin per ASIN is a report, not a guess.
