Do we have to switch from our current partner?
No. Many clients come to us while still working with another partner. The report is yours either way.
Will you need to start over?
Rarely. Most implementations can be fixed. If reimplementing is cheaper long-term, we'll say so and explain why.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to your database during the review, under NDA. Nothing changes until you approve a plan.
